Services

From first review to a team that runs itself.

Start with a review, commission a manual, or combine everything into a complete service system for your operation.

I.

Service Gap Review

An independent review of your existing manual, paperwork and ways of working, with a scorecard, a ranked list of gaps and a fix plan. The fastest way to know where your service really stands.

From AED 8,000 · 2 to 3 weeks

II.

Bespoke Service Manual

A complete manual written for your operation: service standards, guest journey, where service meets safety, food safety and allergens, guest data protection, Gulf and VVIP protocol, service recovery and quality. With checklists, logs and forms your team will actually use. It sits alongside your approved Operations Manual and never replaces safety procedures.

III.

Freelance Crew Briefing Pack

An aircraft-specific brief so freelance crew step on board ready: cabin and galley layout, stowage, the principal's service style, catering and service flow, and who to call. Your standard, even at short notice.

From AED 6,000 per aircraft

IV.

Onboarding Systems

Role cards, room and cabin cards, handover logs and guest or family preference profiles, so a new team member reaches your standard in days, not months.

Alongside a new manual or a growing team

V.

Digital Service Systems

Your manual, checklists, logs and preference profiles on tablets and phones, with automations for reminders, catering orders and post-trip reports. Guest data stays private.

Built on tools you already use

Monthly retainer

Where to start

Know exactly where your service stands.

Most operators and households already have a manual. Few know whether it still matches how the team works, what guests expect, or what UAE rules now require. In three weeks, I tell you, and show you what to fix first.

  2. 2Document reviewEvery chapter scored against a 16-part service framework.
  3. 3ConversationsShort, confidential interviews with three or four of your team.
  4. 4DebriefA scorecard, a ranked gap list and a 30, 90 and 180-day fix plan, walked through together.

New operators

Launching an AOC or flight department?

New operators can now be certified in months, not years. Start with service standards your crew can deliver from the very first flight, written alongside your Operations Manual, not after the first complaint.

Freelance crew

Briefed before they board.

Freelance crew are often called the night before, with a tail number and little else. A briefing pack for each aircraft gives them the layout, the principal's preferences and your service standard, so the guest never notices who is new.

  • Cabin, galley and stowage at a glance
  • Principal's service style, shared on a need-to-know basis
  • Catering, service flow, do's and don'ts
  • Contacts and escalation

Who I serve

For those who are judged on every detail.

Private aviation

Charter operators, aircraft management companies, flight departments and new AOC holders. Cabin service manuals, freelance crew briefing packs, guest preference profiles and service gap reviews.

Private households

Family offices, villas and estates. Your household run exactly the way your family likes it, by every member of staff. A bespoke manual costs less than a single house manager placement fee.

  • Bespoke household manuals
  • Family preference profiles
  • Role cards for house managers, butlers, chefs and nannies
  • Reviews of existing house standards

Staffing agencies: I partner with agencies to set up the households they place. Let's talk.

Luxury hospitality

Villas, yachts, private members' clubs and boutique properties serving high-profile guests. Service standards that scale with you.

Ula, founder of SRVC Atelier

About

Over a decade setting the standard for VVIP service.

I'm Ula, a service operations leader with more than twelve years in premium and VVIP aviation.

As Operations Manager of a VVIP cabin crew operation in Dubai, I led a multinational team of 20 flight attendants serving royal families and ultra-high-net-worth principals. I was responsible for the service standard end to end: how it was written, how crew were trained and assessed against it, and how it was delivered on every flight.

Before that, six years in Emirates' premium cabins gave me the foundation: precision at scale, and an instinct for what discerning guests notice long before they mention it.

  • ManagingFull operational and people leadership of a 20-strong multinational VVIP crew: standards, rostering and performance.
  • WritingAuthored the operation's first cabin service manual and its standard operating procedures.
  • AnalysingAssessed service quality and crew performance, and turned the findings into clearer standards and better delivery.
  • TrainingDesigned the new joiner training programme from the ground up and introduced a crew performance review model.

SRVC Atelier brings that same rigour and discretion to private operators, households and hospitality brands across the UAE.
